IMTS week fills your days with badge scans and booth demos. Let us take one evening off your hands. On Wednesday, September 16, the AMDT team is taking over F1 Arcade in River North – Chicago’s brand-new racing venue – for an evening of full-motion F1 simulator racing, good food, drinks on us, and exactly zero sales presentations.
Whether you run Octoplant today or you’re simply curious who we are, come as you are. Race the AMDT team, challenge your colleagues, or skip the wheel entirely and enjoy the food while the leaderboard drama unfolds. Post one of the three fastest lap times of the night and you’ll take home a prize – along with a full year of bragging rights back at the plant. Shop talk is strictly optional – but if you’ve ever wanted to talk to us without a booth counter in between, this is the night.

Get strapped into a full-motion racing simulator built for first-timers and sim veterans alike. Pick a legendary circuit, learn the braking points, and find your rhythm before the timing screens go live.
02 Qualifying
Set your
fastest lap
Timed laps, a live leaderboard, and nowhere to hide. Your lap time decides where you start – and gives your colleagues something to talk about for the rest of IMTS week.
03 The Race
THE FINAL
SHOWDOWN
Head-to-head heats narrow the field until only the fastest remain. One final race decides who lifts the winner’s trophy – and takes home a full year of bragging rights back at the plant.
